How do you notify me about a transfer?

You’ll receive an email once we’ve received your funds and when your transfer has been sent, though it may still be on its way to the recipient.

If there's any issue with your transfer, we'll let you know by email. Be sure to check your inbox (or spam folder) after setting up a transfer.

For Mobile App users, a phone notification will also confirm incoming and outgoing transfers.
