What Documents Need to Show
Documents should include your full name, the amount received (matching the transfer amount), and the date received. Additional details may be needed depending on the source of funds.
Examples of Documents by Fund Source
1. Personal Account
- Property Sale: Final sales contract, solicitor’s letter, or property register extract.
- Salary: Recent payslips, employment contract, or bank statements showing salary payments.
- Investments: Investment certificates or statements from banks/investment companies.
- Inheritance: Will, probate, or solicitor’s letter.
- Loan: Loan agreement, statements, or bank records showing funds received.
- Other: Solicitor or accountant letter, confirmation from payer, or bank records.
2. Business Account
- Business Revenue: Business bank statements, audited financials.
- Investments: Statements or confirmations from investment sources.
- Loan or Funding: Signed loan or investor agreements, or bank statements.
