Unable to confirm the action using WhatsApp

  • Wait 2-3 minutes
    Sometimes the code is not received immediately. Possible reasons: bad connection, peculiarities of the operator.

  • Check incoming WhatsApp messages

    Perhaps you did not notice the notification or it is not displayed on the screen.

  • Restart your phone and try again

    This will reconnect to the network and may solve other problems that may be preventing you from receiving messages.

  • Select another method of confirming your actions

    Go to the web version and choose another verification method

    Log in to your profile via bilder.io → Click on your name in the top right corner → Settings → Security → Two-factor authentication.

  • Uninstall the Bilder App, reinstall it and try again

    This may help to get rid of unexpected errors.

  • If the code is incorrect

    Keep in mind that if you requested the code repeatedly, only the last sent code will be active.
