Unable to confirm the action using the Authy app

Here you will find solutions that help users in most cases

  • Check the latest requests in Authy
    Open Authy and press ⚙️ (Gear icon) → Accounts → Bilder. In the Pending section, there should be a recent confirmation request. Press 🔄 (Refresh icon) if the list is empty.

  • Try again
    Close the window in the Bilder app and try to confirm again. Only the last request in Authy will be active.

  • Restart your phone and try again

    This will reconnect to the network and may solve other problems that may be preventing you from receiving SMS messages.

  • Select another method of confirming your actions

    Go to the web version and choose another verification method

    Log in to your profile via bilder.io → Click on your name in the top right corner → Settings → Security → Two-factor authentication.

  • Uninstall the Bilder App, reinstall it and try again

    This may help to get rid of unexpected errors.
