Unable to confirm the action using the Authy app

  • Check the latest requests in Authy
    Open Authy and press βš™οΈ (Gear icon) β†’ Accounts β†’ Bilder. In the Pending section, there should be a recent confirmation request. Press πŸ”„ (Refresh icon) if the list is empty.

  • Try again
    Close the window in the Bilder app and try to confirm again. Only the last request in Authy will be active.

  • Restart your phone and try again

    This will reconnect to the network and may solve other problems that may be preventing you from receiving SMS messages.

  • Select another method of confirming your actions

    Go to the web version and choose another verification method

    Log in to your profile via bilder.io β†’ Click on your name in the top right corner β†’ Settings β†’ Security β†’ Two-factor authentication.

  • Uninstall the Bilder App, reinstall it and try again

    This may help to get rid of unexpected errors.
