Can't log in to the Mobile App with email and password

  • Restart the Mobile App

    To completely close a Mobile App, you usually need to bring up the multitasking menu and either swipe the app or press the cross. The process may vary slightly from phone to phone.

  • Uninstall the Mobile App and restart your phone

    Usually, to do this, you need to hold your finger on the app icon and tap Uninstall. After that, switch off and switch on your phone. Next, download the Mobile App

    again from the app shop.

  • Check your internet connection

    Try opening a few websites through your phone's browser - this way you'll make sure the internet is there.

  • Try logging in from another phone

    If you can get in, there's probably something wrong with your phone. Make sure you follow all the instructions or contact a knowledgeable friend or service centre.

  • Think about what could have gone wrong

    Think back to the last time you successfully logged into the Mobile App

    and what changed after that. It could be a matter of your phone, network or account settings.

  • Give as much information as possible when contacting

    When contacting Customer Support, please specify:

    • Your phone model

    • OS version

    • Mobile App version (Settings β†’ Bottom of the page)

    • Whether you can log in on other phones and via bilder.io
