  • Restart the application

    To completely close an app, you usually need to bring up the multitasking menu and either swipe the app or press the cross. The process may vary slightly from phone to phone.

  • Uninstall the app and restart your phone

    Usually, to do this, you need to hold your finger on the app icon and tap Uninstall. After that, switch off and switch on your phone. Next, download the app again from the app shop.

  • Check your internet connection

    Try opening a few websites through your phone's browser - this way you'll make sure the internet is there.
