Please note that once you have given your consent and the payment is authorized, the process is initiated immediately. This means it may not be possible to withdraw your consent or cancel the payment even shortly after authorization. The payment may be canceled only before its status has changed to ‘done’.
Please take following steps on the WEB in your Personal Panel:
WEB version:
Select "Orders"
Click "New order"
Choose "Payment withdrawal"
If you will ask us to cancel the payment which is in status ‘done’ we may only send a request to the payee’s payment service provider to cancel the payment. The payment cancelation may be rejected.
