How do I make a transfer in a currency I don't have? Do I need to convert the currency first?

If you want to make a transfer in a currency you don’t currently hold, you’ll first need to convert your funds into the required currency.

When creating a payment, simply select the account and currency you wish to send the funds from. Only currencies available on your account can be used for transfers.

If the currency you need is not currently available to your account, you can contact your personal manager or submit a request to check whether this currency can be enabled for you.

To make a request, please follow these steps:

Personal Web Panel

  1. Log in to your Personal Web Panel.

  2. In the left-side menu, click “Requests”.

  3. Click “New request”.

  4. In the message, write your request about currencies.

Mobile App

  1. Open the Mobile App.

  2. Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top left corner.

  3. Tap “Help”.

  4. Select “Requests”.

  5. Tap the icon in the top right corner.

  6. Choose “In free form”.

  7. In the message, write your request about currencies.
