There are 3 ways to transfer funds to your Bilder account:
By SEPA/SWIFT transfer to your IBAN account - download the details in your account and give them to the sender.
To do so please follow these steps:
Personal Web Panel
Click "Accounts" and select the "Banking details"
Choose the account you wish payment to go to
Choose the currency you wish to receive payment in
Send the details to the sender and receive the payment
It is important that different requisites are used for European and international payments. For international transfers - incoming payments are possible only if ordering bank has correspondent account with receiving bank in chosen currency.
Mobile App
Open your account
On start screen click "Add money"
Click "By details"
Choose "SEPA (Europe)" or "Internat. SWIFT"
You can choose to download a PDF with banking details, send the copy to any of the messengers or cope each separate field by clicking on it
By QR code inside Bilder - download the QR code in your account on the Mobile App
and let the sender scan it.
To do so please follow these steps:
Open the Mobile App
Click "Add money"
Choose "By QR-code"
You can either show it to sender to scan or click "Share" on screen below and choose any platform to share it further
By internal code number inside Bilder - each account in Bilder has a short number consisting of 2 letters and 4 digits, the sender can transfer funds inside Bilder using this short number.
To find your short code:
Personal Web Panel
Log in to your Bilder account
On the main page you will see all your accounts
On each accounts' top left corner you will see a 6-digit code
Mobile App
Open the app
On the top of the screen select "My account"
Near the checkmark you will see a 6-digit code
