This notification is displayed when the Bilder Mobile App has detected that a third-party element is being displayed on top of the app.
This is sometimes used by malicious parties to force you to perform blind actions in the application: for example, an advert appears above the Confirm Transfer button and you tap the cross in an attempt to close it. In reality, you are confirming the transfer.
Such a notification does not always mean a threat - due to the peculiarities of the Android system it is not always possible to determine what exactly is blocking the screen, a malicious element or something harmless and useful.
