How do I change my phone number and/or email address?

To update your phone number or email address, please submit a request via your Personal Web Panel or Mobile App. In the request, include your new contact details and ask to replace your current ones.

Personal Web Panel

  1. Log in to your Personal Web Panel.

  2. In the left-side menu, click “Requests”.

  3. Click “New request”.

  4. In the message, write your new phone number and/or email address and ask us to change your current contact details.

Mobile App

  1. Open the Mobile App.

  2. Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top left corner.

  3. Tap “Help”.

  4. Select “Requests”.

  5. Tap the icon in the top right corner.

  6. Choose “In free form”.

  7. In the message, write your new phone number and/or email address and ask us to change your current contact details.
