In the request for company formation you should specify:
The jurisdiction of the future company;
the type of company (LLC, LLP);
a description of the company's activities;
the countries in which you plan to carry out business activities;
the name of the company.
And you will need to attach the following documents:
passport photo;
selfies with passport;
document confirming the place of residence (utility bill).
Additional documents may be required during the company registration process.
