This is a type of signature for payment orders and documents when the execution of an order requires confirmation from several key holders. The function is automatically enabled if your company has several directors, but the articles of association do not stipulate that each director is authorised to act separately. Optionally the function can be enabled for any company or private person having several authorised persons. The service is free of charge.
