How do I connect the multi-signature function?

Write a free-form order in your Personal Web Panel or Mobile App with a request to activate the ‘multi-signature’ service. To do so, please follow these steps:

Mobile App

  1. Open the app

  2. Click three stripes on the left top corner, choose "Help"

  3. Click "Requests"

  4. Click on the icon in the right top corner and select "Free form"

  5. After it, please write that you wish to activate the ‘multi-signature’ service.

Personal Web Panel

  1. Login to your account

  2. Choose "Requests" on left panel at the bottom

  3. Select "New request" and choose "Other"

  4. After it, please write that you wish to activate the ‘multi-signature’ service.
