Do I need a new account to use other currencies?

No, a new account is not required in order to use other currencies, this function is available on the main account.

The default currency is EUR. All other available currencies are seen in your account, you can check those following these steps:

Personal Web Panel

Incoming payments:

  1. Log in to you account

  2. On left panel click "Accounts"

  3. Choose "Banking details"

  4. Choose desired account

  5. Down below you will see available currencies

Outgoing payments:

  1. Log in to you account

  2. On left panel click "Currency exchange"

  3. You will see currencies available to buy, and those will be available for outgoing payments once exchanged

Mobile App

  1. Open your app

  2. Swipe left to see available currencies for both incoming and outgoing payments

Other currencies are only available under certain conditions.
