To successfully close the account, please spend the money so that the balance is zero or write (Write off funds to Bilderlings), otherwise, we will not be able to close it. In order to successfully close your account, you need to withdraw funds or give your consent to the write-off in favor of Bilderlings.

​Please note that in order to close your account, you will need to create a request through your personal account. Kindly ask you to withdraw all funds in one single payment to your account at another EU bank or payment institution with a comment (Own funds transfer due to account closure). The withdrawal can only be made to your own account at another financial institution.
