In order to successfully close your account, you need to withdraw funds.
Please note that in order to close your account, you will need to create a request through your personal account. Kindly ask you to withdraw all funds in one single payment to your account at another EU bank or payment institution with a comment (Own funds transfer due to account closure).
To withdraw funds:

Open the app
Click three stripes on the left top corner, choose "Help"
Click "Requests"
Click on the icon in the right top corner and select "Choose a template"
Choose "User account closure"
Personal Web Panel
Log in to your account
Choose "Requests" on left panel at the bottom
Select "New request"
Choose "User account closure"
