How can I close an account?

In order to successfully close your account, you need to withdraw funds.


​Please note that in order to close your account, you will need to create a request through your personal account. Kindly ask you to withdraw all funds in one single payment to your account at another EU bank or payment institution with a comment (Own funds transfer due to account closure).

To withdraw funds:

  1. Open the app

  2. Click three stripes on the left top corner, choose "Help"

  3. Click "Requests"

  4. Click on the icon in the right top corner and select "Choose a template"

  5. Choose "User account closure"

Personal Web Panel

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Choose "Requests" on left panel at the bottom

  3. Select "New request"

  4. Choose "User account closure"
