To successfully change your phone number, please make a request through your Bilderlings application according to the following steps:
Please log in to your Bilderlings account on a mobile device
Choose the "Help" section
Choose the "Requests" section.
Here at the top of the right corner will be a sign of "square and pencil". Please tap on it and choose "In free form". After it, please write that you wish to change your mobile number and send us a new telephone number.
If you don't have access to your account*
In order to change your phone number without access to your account, please contact your manager or [email protected] from your registered email. An authentication check will be needed to verify your identity with travel passport.
