My transfer did not reach the recipient. What should I do?

Please check transfer activity status.

  1. Log in to your Bilderlings account.

  2. Choose the "Payments" section.

  3. Go to the "All" section.

  4. Choose the transfer you are concerned about.

If it is marked as "Cancelled"

It means you are either not available to make this transfer (unavailable currencies, insufficient funds, etc) or an error occurred. Please contact your manager or write to [email protected] from your registered email.

If it is marked as "On hold"

The manager will contact you within one working day.

If it is marked as "Done"

Ask a receiver bank what is the transfer status on their side.

Please note, that transfers can take longer time due to payment channel - SEPA transfers usually take 1-2 days, and SWUFT transfer take around 3-5 days to reach the recipient. If a receiver bank doesn't have any information on transfer, please contact your manager
