My transfer did not reach the recipient. What should I do?

Please check transfer activity status in your Personal Web Panel, following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Bilder account

  2. Choose "Payments" on panel to the left

  3. Click "All"

  4. Choose the transfer you are concerned about

If it is marked as "Cancelled"

It means you are either not available to make this transfer (unavailable currencies, insufficient funds, etc) or an error occurred. Please contact your manager or write to [email protected] from your registered email.

If it is marked as "On hold"

The manager will contact you within one working day.

If it is marked as "Done"

Ask a receiver bank what is the transfer status on their side.

Please note, that transfers can take longer time due to payment channel SEPA payment execution time is up to one business day, SEPA instant payments are executed within 10 seconds. SWIFT payments are executed on average from 2 days to 3 weeks (depending on the number of intermediaries involved in payment execution).
