If you have an access to your account
To successfully change your phone number, please make a request through your account according to the following steps:
Mobile App
Open the app
Click three stripes on the left top corner, choose "Help"
Click "Requests"
Click on the icon in the right top corner and select "Free form"
After it, please write that you wish to change your email and send us a new email.
Personal Web Panel
Log in to your account
Choose "Requests" on left panel at the bottom
Select "New request" and choose "Other"
After it, please write that you wish to change your email and send us a new email.
If you don't have access to your account
In order to change your phone number without access to your account, please contact us at [email protected] from your registered email. An authentication check will be needed to verify your identity with travel passport.
