How can I obtain a statement if I've lost everything and no longer use the account?

If your account in not active anymore, but you need a statement, you have two options:

1. Write to [email protected] from your registered email and ask to restore account* then download it yourself following these steps on your Personal Web Panel:

  1. Log in to your account

  2. On left panel click "Accounts"

  3. Click "Statement"

  4. Choose desired account, period and export format (PDF, CSV or XLS)

  5. It will download automatically once you choose desired format

2. Write to [email protected] from your registered email and ask to to send a statement without restoring an account.*

*Additional fee may be applied according to pricelist
