Why am I not receiving an SMS? I’m not getting the SMS with the code to confirm the transaction—what should I do?

This may be due to a technical problem. To do this, we ask you to do the following actions:

  • Reboot the device.

  • Update Bilderlings application.

  • Remove the SIM card with an authorized number and then put it back into the device.

  • Check roaming mode. It should be off.

  • Disable VPN.

  • Clear device memory.

  • Check internet connection.

  • Check mobile network.

If nothing works, please write to [email protected] from your registered email and give the information on your current location, as sometimes this might occur due to roaming problems.
