How do I transfer an eSIM to another device?

To reinstall your eSIM, contact us in chat (Side menu β†’ Help β†’ Support chat) and briefly describe your issue or request. We will reissue (replace) your eSIM and you will receive a notification.

Tap the notification or go to the eSIM Installation section and repeat the installation process for the new eSIM.

Use the QR code or Manual method if you want to install the eSIM on another device.

Keep in mind:

  • Your current eSIM will stop working, and a new eSIM will appear in the eSIM Installation section

  • An eSIM can only be active on 1 device at a time

  • Your active data plan will be automatically transferred to the new eSIM

  • You can reissue an eSIM no more than 4 times

  • If you deleted the eSIM in your phone settings and want to set it up again on the same device, you do not need to reissue it β€” just repeat the installation in the Bilder app

  • In all other cases, the eSIM is one-time use
