How do I get a refund if my eSIM is not working?

Contact us in chat (Side menu → Help → Support chat) and briefly describe your issue or request. A refund is possible if you have not started using data from the purchased plan and your refund request is submitted within 14 days of purchase. Refund processing usually takes up to 5 business days.
