The mobile data (internet) is not working, what should I do?

Once you arrive in a country covered by your plan, turn on your Travel eSIM and select it as a mobile data source on your device settings. Travel eSIM will automatically register with a local network and connect to the Internet within 1-2 minutes.

If you’re having trouble with mobile data, try the steps below:

  • Go to your device’s settings – Mobile Data/Cellular and ensure that data roaming is enabled.

  • Turn on Flight Mode for 10 seconds

  • Ensure that your Travel eSIM is selected in the Mobile Data section and that Mobile Data Switching is turned off.
The Travel eSIM may be labeled Secondary, Travel, Plus, Personal, Business, or a custom name you set during installation.

  • If you are in good cellular coverage, try restarting your device

  • Try connecting to WiFi — this is sometimes required for activation

  • Go to the Bilder app and ensure the eSIM profile is enabled (Services → eSIM → Active Plan → A green box saying ‘Your Travel eSIM is enabled!’ is visible at the top of the screen

  • Go to Settings → Mobile Data (or Cellular), find your Travel eSIM, ensure that Network Selection is set to automatic and restart your device.
The Travel eSIM may be labeled Secondary, Travel, Plus, Personal, Business, or a custom name you set during installation.

  • If the previous steps did not help, go to Device Settings – Mobile Data/Cellular → Your Travel eSIM (may have a different label) → Network selection → Turn off automatic. Wait a few seconds, and the phone will display a list of available operators. If you don’t have a chance to contact us for roaming partners, please try selecting operators in the list one by one, then turn airplane mode on/off.
