How do I reissue an eSIM?

This is sometimes required to fix installation errors

If you’ve confirmed that your smartphone supports eSIM, your plan is active, and you’ve tried all other troubleshooting steps, contact Support. We’ll help you and, if needed, reissue your eSIM. You’ll get a notification, and a new eSIM with a different ICCID will appear in the Bilder app. Before installing the new eSIM, remove the old one from your phone’s settings. Then install the new eSIM using any available method (Fast, QR or Manual setup).
