Virtual card is active immediately upon issuance.
If you order physical card, you can activate it by using the last 6 digits of your card.
From your Bilder account Personal Web Panel or Mobile App:
Go to "Cards" section
Select your card
Click "Activate"
Enter the 6 last digits of your card.
