On the Personal Web Panel or Mobile App, go to "Cards" section:
Choose the card
Click on "Change PIN"
Type the desired PIN number and confirm it
Note: to use the new PIN first you need to activate it in ATM by requesting the balance or cash withdrawal.
For virtual cards
Clicking on "Change PIN" on the Mobile App, you setup the new PIN for your virtual card right away.
