What is the process for reissuing or replacing a card?

What if my card expires?

If you regularly use your card, we’ll remind you about reissue and ask for delivery address confirmation before it expires. Virtual cards will reissue automatically.

I want to replace my card

If your card is stolen, damaged or lost permanently, you can replace it using the Bilder Personal Web Panel or Mobile App.

On the Mobile App:

  1. Go to the Card tab

  2. Scroll down and click "Create a new card"

  3. Scroll down and click "Account to link the card to"

  4. Proceed with creating a new card

On Personal Web Panel:

  1. Select Cards

  2. Click "+ Order card" in the right upper corner

  3. Select - card type and account the card should be linked to

  4. Proceed with creating a new card
