Technically, you can link your Bilderlings card to PayPal. To do this, you need to make sure that your billing address is entered correctly. It is best to complete the linking process on a computer.
You can view or change your billing address by logging into your account:
Choose Accounts
Select Cards section
Select the desired card
Choose About the Card
Click Billing Address.
