Here’s what to do if you forget your PIN.
When you activate your card order, we’ll share your PIN with you sent by SMS.
If you forget it, you can always check it in the Bilderlings app or website:

Request card PIN
If you’re on the App:
Go to Account & Card
Select the Card

Request card PIN
The PIN code will be sent by SMS
You may be able to change your PIN by requesting PIN change — you can only choose a 4-digit PIN and confirm.
